Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders $250 and above (the order total must remain $250+ after coupons to qualify). If your order is less than $250, then we charge a standard or expedited shipping fee which is calculated at checkout.

Our goal is to ship your order out to you as fast as we possibly can. Typically a majority of our orders are shipped the same day the order is received. Depending on the product purchased, the availability of the products, and the size of the order placed, your order may be split into multiple shipments to expedite the delivery of your entire order.

Once the order is in the “Getting Ready to Ship” or “Shipped” status, unfortunately, the order cannot be edited. If you would like to reroute, you may be subject to the fees that apply when rerouting.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in "processing,” “getting ready to ship,” or “shipped” status.

We ship to any residential or business address in the contiguous U.S. & Canada.

Returns Policy

We accept returns of items that are brand new, unopened, and unused in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery, except for COVID-19 products. 

All COVID-19 products, including COVID-19 Antigen Test Kits by the following brands (iHealth, Quidel Quickvue, CareStart, Indicaid, Accessbio, Flowflex, BD, & Azure Biotech) are non-returnable with no exceptions. All sales are final and no refunds will be given.

Our standard restocking fee is 25%.  

If you experience any issues with delivery or items, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your shipment confirmation email. We will not be able to issue any credits after this 30 day period.

Please note: refunds are issued to the original form of payment or as a store credit. There are no exceptions. 

Receiving Your Refund

We will issue your refund within 48 hours of the receipt of your return. By default, we will process the refund to the original form of payment, unless you specify you’d prefer a store credit. Please note, any applicable restocking fees will be deducted from the total value of your refund.
