How do I change my subscription delivery date or edit my frequency?
To edit the time interval between shipments, follow these steps:
1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to your subscriptions portal by clicking on Manage subscriptions.
3. Click on the subscription (product) you want to edit.
4. Click on the delivery schedule card and edit your schedule. Example: If you want to receive a box every 2 months, select “every 2nd” & “month.”
How do I update my subscription payment method?
To update your card and billing address:
1. Log into your account
2. Navigate to your subscriptions portal by clicking Manage subscriptions.
3. Use the main menu at the top and navigate to Billing information.
4. Click on the Send email to update button and follow the steps in the email.
How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel your subscription:
1. Log into your account.
2. Navigate to your subscriptions portal by clicking on Manage subscriptions.
3. Click on the subscription (product) you want to cancel.
4. Scroll down and click on the Cancel my subscription link. Follow the steps on the screen.
