It is compatible with all Medtronic MiniMed 600 and 700 series insulin pumps, including the MiniMed 780G, 770G, 670G, and 630G. It is not compatible with pumps from other brands (such as Tandem or Omnipod) or older Paradigm models.
The Medtronic Extended Reservoir is cleared for up to 7 days of continuous wear when paired with the Medtronic Extended Infusion Set. If used with standard 2-to-3-day infusion sets (like Quick-set or Mio Advance), replacement should follow your standard infusion set change schedule.
Yes. Medtronic reservoirs are 100% HSA and FSA eligible as essential diabetic medical supplies. You can pay directly with your HSA/FSA card at checkout or submit your order receipt for reimbursement.
No. Reservoirs are shipped sterile and empty. Each unit includes a transfer guard to safely draw your prescribed U-100 insulin from a standard vial prior to loading into your pump.
