The SmartGoggles 2nd Gen is a wearable eye and temple massager that combines compression massage, heat, and vibration to relieve tension headaches, reduce stress, ease eye strain, and improve sleep quality. It's designed for anyone looking for a science-backed, hands-free way to unwind — whether before bed, during a break, or while traveling.

The SmartGoggles 2nd Gen offers three preset modes: SmartRelax, which uses a built-in biometric sensor to read your heart rate and sync vibration patterns to guide your body into a calmer state; Headache & Eye Strain, targeted relief for tension and eye fatigue; and Sleep Prep, designed to ease you into deeper, more restful sleep. All three modes can be further customized via the Therabody app.

SmartSense Technology powers the SmartRelax mode by using a built-in biometric sensor to detect your heart rate in real time. The goggles then vibrate at a frequency slightly lower than your heart rate, helping to gradually synchronize your heartbeat with the rhythm and bring both body and mind into a calmer state.

Yes — the redesigned Gen 2 features contoured padding and an adjustable strap that fits all face shapes without putting direct pressure on the eyes. The blackout design blocks all ambient light, creating an ideal environment for deep relaxation or sleep preparation whether you're at home, in the office, or on a plane.

The SmartGoggles 2nd Gen offers up to 180 minutes of battery life and recharges via USB-C. They are not waterproof or machine washable — to clean, wipe the inner fabric gently with a lint-free cloth lightly dampened with 75% alcohol disinfectant, taking care not to saturate the material.
