For very sore muscles, use the Dampener or Vibration attachment to increase circulation and reduce muscle tension. As soreness improves, the Heat attachment—which combines heat with percussive therapy—can help maximize recovery benefits.

The Vibration attachment is recommended for sore joints to improve blood flow, reduce pain, and support recovery. The Cold attachment may also help reduce swelling and inflammation in joints.

To warm up before activity, focus on the muscle groups you plan to use. Use either the Heat attachment or the Wedge attachment for 15–60 seconds per area to gently raise body temperature and prepare muscles for movement.

Cold therapy after a workout depends on your symptoms. If you are experiencing swelling or inflammation, the Cold attachment can help reduce these effects. For typical post-workout soreness, the other Prime Plus attachments may be more effective for recovery.

You can hold the Cold attachment in one place to treat a sore joint or bruise, or move it slowly across a larger area in an ice-massage style. Apply light pressure, especially when treating bruised or sensitive tissue.

The Theragun Prime Plus weighs approximately 1.95 pounds without attachments.

Select the heat level that feels most comfortable for you and use the attachment to massage fatigued or stiff muscles for up to 60 seconds per area.

The Vibration attachment is ideal for soothing sore, stiff, or achy joints. It can also be used on sore muscles and other painful areas, offering a gentler treatment option than traditional percussive therapy.

Battery life depends on the attachments and settings used, but the average runtime is about 150 minutes per charge.

Using a 45W power adapter, the Theragun Prime Plus fully charges in approximately 60 minutes. Lower-power adapters may take longer.

The Theragun Prime Plus measures approximately 8.4 inches by 6 inches by 7.8 inches without attachments.

The Theragun Prime Plus is only compatible with Prime Plus attachments, including the Vibration and Cold attachments. It is not compatible with attachments from other Theragun models or previous generations.
