Omega-3s are essential fatty acids, meaning our bodies cannot produce them on their own and must be acquired through food or supplementation. Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are two essential fatty acids that contribute to healthy triglyceride levels to help maintain cardiovascular health.
